Reddit: I have a 22ft sailboat in the SF bay, does anyone want it....for free?
The boat is a fixed keel Catalina 22 circa 1970. It needs to be cleaned, but otherwise is in working order (i.e. great outboard motor, sails, flairs, radio, lifejackets, etc.) but isn't currently registered or insured. It's in the Emeryville Marina, and it's time I let it go. You can have the marina slip in Emeryville too, but you'll need to take over the monthly dues.
This was a one year adventure for me...I bought it off Craigslist for cheap, sailed it to Angel Island, around Treasure/Yerba Buena Island, under the Bay Bridge, and had a great time.
I want to give it to someone who will actually use it and hopefully enjoy sailing it around. Maybe someone who wants to teach their kids to sail??
Perhaps as payment, whoever gets it can take some fellow Reddit-ers on a sailing trip and post some photos of the trip?

Edit: 3:26am PST Going to Bed...several first responders turn down the boat and I've given the next-in-line 24hr to decide....if I get a response earlier....I'll you all know....thanks for all the comments, I loved reading all your input

Dear Google: I love making free calls via Gmail, but...
...please give us an exit pop-up to warn if we're closing our tab or browser during a call (or just give us the option to turn on such a feature).
I keep forgetting that the voice on my computer is coming from Gmail, and as I drift over to Reddit, I lose my call.
I hope this gets upvoted so Google gets the message. It's hard to reach them otherwise.
